Claire is 1

We celebrated Claire's 1st birthday on the 21st of December, just one day early. We had dinner and then Claire opened up her presents. My grandpa and grandma R drove up and Kade's girlfriend, Megan, was there too. Claire opens presents by tearing the paper until she can tell what the present is then she is done. My grandparents got Claire a little lawn mower that has ball that move around and plays music when you push it and she loves it!!! I made a cake for everyone to eat and made Claire a smaller one for just her. She was tired so she wasn't too interested in eating her cake but we gave it to her the next day, her birthday, and she poked at it until she decided it was ok to eat! That is the cake I made for us to eat, I didn't have much time to make it so its sloppy but it turned out ok.
